Instant porridge that combines gluten-free oats flakes, vegan protein powders and nut butters, providing 14g of

Whole oat flakes* (gluten-free) (35%), pumpkin seed protein*, roasted cashew paste* [100% roasted cashew]

Preservation

Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, no need of refrigeration.

Suggested use and preparation

Add 4 tablespoons (aproximately 60g) of Super Vegan Proats to 100ml of water or plant-based milk, mix and enjoy
it before your workout! You can also add it to your smoothies or yogurts.
