Does the serum work even if I do not have a proper diet and I am not active in sports?
The serum works anyway. A balanced diet and adequate fluid intake (water or unsweetened tea) are a prerequisite for health and achieving the desired weight. During the research, the change in eating habits did not affect the functioning of the serum; however, any form of sports activity significantly improves its activity.

How can I speed up the serum‘s activity?

The serums’ action can also be accelerated by massage or madero therapy (manual anti-cellulite therapy with rollers). If the massage lasts longer, we recommend you use regular massage oil or cream immediately after applying the serum to avoid skin irritation.
Can the serum be used for body massage?
