Turmeric: is a widely studied spice. In addition to iron and calcium, it also contains curcumin which takes the place
of gold in the ingredient's properties. Piperine, a component of black pepper, activates curcumin in our body, thus
enhancing the properties of turmeric. This mixture must be dissolved with a little fat, preferably oil and coconut,
to be better assimilated by the body.
Ingredients
Turmeric* (Curcuma longa, root) (99%) and black pepper* (1%). *Organic ingredients.
Allergens
Gluten free. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
Preservation
Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, no need of refrigeration.
Suggested use and preparation
Add 1 teaspoon (3g) as a spice or use porridge or vegetable drink.
