Instructions for use :

Take a maximum of one drop 2 times a day, on sugar or a teaspoonful of honey or food-grade vegetable oil. For a maximum daily dose (2 drops): 0.07 ml of essential oil. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use over a short period (no more than 14 consecutive days).
