- 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) YOKO Barista matcha
- ~50 ml of water at ~70°C
- Frothed milk of your choice (plant-based or cow's milk)
- Optional sweetener (agave syrup, honey or sugar)
- Preparation :
- Pour the matcha into a bowl and add a small amount of hot (but not boiling) water.
- Mix vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or electric frother until smooth.
- Heat and froth the milk.
- Combine the whipped matcha with milk and add sweetener (optional).

- Ingredients :
- 2 teaspoons YOKO Barista matcha
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup agave syrup (or other sweetener)
- A few slices of cucumber (optional)

- In a small bowl, mix the matcha with a few teaspoons of warm water to create a smooth paste.
- Place the sliced cucumber into a blender, add the agave syrup, lemon juice and water, then blend briefly.
